FOR THIRTY YEARS, the Sinclair Lewis Writers’ Conference has helped aspiring writers of all levels and genres better understand their craft. Through lectures, workshops and social events, this annual conference provides learning and encouragement from the best minds in the industry.

Thank you for your interest in The Sinclair Lewis Writers’ Conference. Our top priority is the well-being of our community and event attendees. We have been closely monitoring the situation with COVID-19, and after much consideration, we have made the decision to postpone the 2020 Writers’ Conference. Over the course of the coming weeks, we will explore other ways to engage with the writing community. We look forward to seeing you again in October 2nd 2021!

Your support is needed now more than ever, please consider a donation so that we can continue to celebrate the life of Sinclair Lewis and continue his legacy of mentoring writers. We’re all in this together. Stay Home, Stay Safe and we’ll see you soon!
